Return Policy

Shipping:  RichRocks' goal is to deliver all orders timely and in pristine condition.  We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 Business Days. RichRocks ships within the US & Canada only.  All orders are shipped through UPS; *please not that UPS does not deliver to any PO Box address.  Once your order ships you will receive the tracking numbers.  If you have any concerns related to shipment once your order has shipped, you will need to contact UPS directly. 

*UPS does NOT deliver to PO Box addresses.  If you have any questions for UPS please contact them directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS.

Return Policy:  Please note that RichRocks does not accept returns or exchanges other than pieces that arrive damaged.  Should a piece arrive damaged please contact:  customerservice@richrocksnyc.com within 7 days of receipt.  Please be sure to contact customer service via email or phone prior to shipping back the damaged item(s).  When you are ready to ship please be sure to include your full name, order number, item for reference, phone number and email address.

In order to receive an issued credit or exchange, the piece(s) must be sent back to RichRocks within 7 days of receipt.  Upon receipt of damaged item(s), credits and exchanges take 1-2 week to process.  You will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your refund.
